EMPLOYER SUPPORT

The Association of Administrative Professionals have provided a wonderful forum that benefits not only my staff who participate, but also our organization.  The staff are able to network with colleagues and ask questions (i.e. Who facilitated your strategic plan?; Do you still use business cards for your staff or have you moved to virtual cards?).   It has been a great way to find out what others are doing and obtain pertinent information that can assist with cost savings, following current trends, and being environmentally friendly.

My staff also bring back nuggets from some of the training and speakers that join their meetings.  This helps enhance their skills and they share upcoming relevant trainings with other staff in the organization.

It’s great to see how the Association generates energy and enthusiasm amongst my staff, which in turn benefits both the staff and the organization.  There are so many wins at such little cost.  We are lucky to have such a committed and dedicated bunch of professionals ensuring the longevity of the Association.
