Power & Presence: The Admin Advantage is an empowering professional development event created specifically for administrative and business support professionals who are ready to elevate their impact. This immersive day combines practical AI skills-building with confidence-driven personal branding to help you work smarter, stand taller, and position yourself as an indispensable strategic partner.
Session One: Future-Ready Admin: Building AI Skills for Productivity, Confidence, and Career Growth
Speaker: Emily Baillie
This customized session is designed exclusively for administrative and business support professionals, with a strong focus on building AI skills, increasing confidence, and boosting productivity in real workplace settings.
As workplaces evolve, administrative professionals are increasingly expected to understand how AI tools can support productivity, communication, and decision-making. This session focuses on helping admins build practical AI skills they can use right away, while strengthening the professional judgment that makes their roles indispensable.
Through real-world examples, live demonstrations, and simple prompting strategies, participants will learn:
- how to use AI to save time
- improve consistency
- support teams more effectively
- the session also addresses ethical use, privacy considerations, and how to maintain accuracy and professionalism when working with AI.
Attendees will leave with a clearer sense of where AI adds value, where human expertise remains critical, and how to confidently position themselves as future-ready professionals.
Session Two: Personal Branding & Professional Presence
Speaker: Michelle Vella – Career Strategist & Educational Content Designer
Your skills are powerful — but your visibility and presence determine how that power is recognized.
In this interactive, hands-on session, attendees will:
- Clarify their unique strengths and professional value
- Define key elements of their personal brand
- Practice communicating their expertise with clarity and confidence
- Align their visual presence with their professional goals
This workshop is intentionally designed to complement the professional headshots included for every attendee. Participants will refine their personal brand ensuring their headshot authentically reflects their confidence, credibility, and career aspirations.
Throughout the day, participants will gain practical tools, strategic insight, and renewed confidence to step fully into their professional influence.
Step into your power. Strengthen your presence. Maximize your advantage.
We look forward to seeing you on April 24, 2026 for a transformative day of growth, strategy, and connection.
