This customized session is designed exclusively for administrative and business support professionals, with a strong focus on building AI skills, increasing confidence, and boosting productivity in real workplace settings.

As workplaces evolve, administrative professionals are increasingly expected to understand how AI tools can support productivity, communication, and decision-making. This session focuses on helping admins build practical AI skills they can use right away, while strengthening the professional judgment that makes their roles indispensable.

Through real-world examples, live demonstrations, and simple prompting strategies, participants will learn:

• the session also addresses ethical use, privacy considerations, and how to maintain accuracy and professionalism when working with AI.

In this interactive, hands-on session, attendees will:

• Clarify their unique strengths and professional value
• Define key elements of their personal brand
• Practice communicating their expertise with clarity and confidence
• Align their visual presence with their professional goals

This workshop is intentionally designed to complement the professional headshots included for every attendee. Participants will refine their personal brand ensuring their headshot authentically reflects their confidence, credibility, and career aspirations.

Throughout the day, participants will gain practical tools, strategic insight, and renewed confidence to step fully into their professional influence.
